Dealings outline
1. PRICE / SHIPPING CHARGE
Prices are quoted in Japanese currency and are exclusive of all taxes and shipping charge. However, we can estimate charge for CIF/FOB by your request.
2. ORDER
Please order by E-mail or an order form (The form can be requested from us through email).
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Please do your payment according to our INVOICE.
The deadline for payment is one month.
4. Shipment
We will start shipping process after payment is confirmed.
5. WARRANTY
We will not take any responsibility for the commodities after the shipment.
However, we will ensure perfect condition of the commodities at the time of shipment
It should be advised that commodities are insured to cover damages due to transportation.
6. Equipment condition
The operations of our commodities are always confirmed before shipment.
In the case of Ultrasound System, checking contents are as below.
・Main unit
State of power supply, image, each switch, track ball, each function, and others
・Probe
State of elements, noise and cable
・Printer
State of a print head（noise）, each switch
In addition, the power supply specifications are only for Japan and operation manuals are in Japanese.
